Petaluma Speedway Mourns the Loss of Karen Soares and John Brunslik

It is with deepest regret that we announce the loss of two members of our company.  Karen Soares the wife of Jim lost her battle with an extended illness.  Jim and Karen were the Petaluma Speedway Promoters from 2000-2011 and devoted the bulk of their lives to the regional motorsports industry.  John Brunslik a retired Marin County Sheriff Lieutenant spent 20 years overseeing the front gate of the race track.  John passed away due to complications from surgey.  [...]

2016 Petaluma Speedway Scheduled Released

2015 Petaluma Speedway Awards Banquet

Invitations were mailed yesterday for the 2015 Petaluma Speedway Awards Banquet to the top five points finishers in each division as well as rookies of the year, most improved drivers, and sportsman of the year. Petaluma Speedway Schedule Changes for Sept 12th & 26th

Petaluma Speedway patrons and competitors please note that there are two upcoming schedule changes. The Larsen Racing Products IMCA Modifieds will not compete on Sept 12th due to the IMCA Super Nationals being held. The Modifieds have been added to the Sept 26 Civil War Event. Also the Larsen Racing Products Dwarf Cars have been removed from the Sept 26 date due to the two-day Dwarf Car Nationals Event being held at Marysville Raceway Park that weekend.
