Covid-19 Release of Liability Waiver

All personnel entering the Petaluma Speedway pit area for this weekends events will need to please print and fill out the Covid-19 Release of Liability Waiver form and bring it bring with you to the track.  All drivers, crew members, officials, volunteers, and everyone else MUST have a signed copy of this form with them to gain access to the pits upon arrival.  The form can be downloaded by clicking on the Covid-19 tab above on the menu bar.

THIS FORM IS MANDATORY FOR ENTRANCE TO THE PITS AND IS A REQUIREMENT OF THE SONOMA-MARIN FAIRGROUNDS.
