2024 Petaluma Speedway Awards Banquet
Petaluma Speedway’s 2024 awards banquet and dinner will be Sunday, December 8th, 5:00 p.m. at Hotel Petaluma, Tapestry Collection by Hilton ballroom in Petaluma. There will be a Raffle, Petaluma Speedway merchandise sales, silent auction for Chase Johnson Racing, cash bar from The Shuckery , dinner will be served by @Preferred Sonoma Caterers. Tickets are $50 for adults and $25 for children. Chase Johnson Benefit BBQ Thursday Night, Sept 5th
This Thursday Night, September 5th will be the Chase Johnson Benefit BBQ at Petaluma Speedway. $10 for a burger, drink, and chips. All proceeds will go directly to Chase. Please enter the speedway through the pit area. Time is 5 to 7 pm.
June 1st is Bianchi Transportation Night
Petaluma Speedway kicks off its summer season this Saturday Night, June 1st with Bianchi Transportation Night at Petaluma Speedway featuring the SRML Dust-Off Wingless Sprints, Redwood Dwarfs presented by VP Speed Shop, AFEX Graphics Super Stocks, and Jake’s Performance Hobbies Mini Stocks. Gates open at 4 pm, qualifying at 5 pm, and racing at 6 pm. Adults $18, Senior, Junior, Military $16, Kids $10, Children 5 & under are free.
Saturday Night Monster Trucks Show is on!
The rain has stopped and blue skies are appearing. Tonight’s Saturday Night, May 4th, Malicious Monster Truck Tour is all set for tonight’s finale at Petaluma Speedway. Gates open at 5 pm. Free pit party from 5:30 pm to 7 pm. Monster Truck Ride-A-Long’s for just $10. Adults $22 Juniors $17. Under age 3 free. Avoid the ticket box office line at the speedway and purchase advance tickets at MyRacePass.com.
Mother Nature Captures April 13th Event
Petaluma Speedway regrets to announce that due to the current forecast calling for a great deal of overnight rain and early tomorrow leaves Petaluma Speedway no alternative to cancelling tomorrow nights, April 13th event. We wish to make this announcement early in the hopes it gives competitors, patrons, partners, and staff members as much lead time regarding this difficult decision. We hope to see everyone next Saturday, April 20th @ Petaluma Speedway.
Persistent Wet Weather Forces April 6th Races
Unfortunately today’s persistent wet weather has doomed Petaluma Speedway’s efforts to kick off the 2024 racing season this Saturday Night April 6th. Will put all efforts into opening next Saturday Night April 13th.
Rain Cancels March 30th Opener
Petaluma Speedway regrets to announce that due to today’s inclement weather we will be forced to cancel tomorrow night’s opening night races. We will strive to get the facility dried out in time for next week’s event. The second annual Randy Larson Memorial Hunt Magneto Wingless Sprint Series Race will be rescheduled for April 27th.

Tonights’s rains have forced the cancellation of tomorrow’s, Saturday, March 23rd test & tune at Petaluma Speedway.

Petaluma Speedway Update: The track is graded and pits are now set up to support race haulers. Obviously the weather forecast is not good for Friday Night and spilling over into Saturday. We won’t be practicing if it’s raining so we’ll keep a close eye on Friday’s precipitation. Have set the facility up to accept some rain. It’s just a matter how much we get. Stay tuned. Saturday, March 16th Test & Tune Cancelled
Unfortunately the Petaluma Speedway pit area is still too saturated to support tow rigs which will neccesitate a cancellation of tomorrow’s scheduled test & tune. We will utilize the next seven days to prep the pit area and entrance road to support tow rigs for the Saturday, March 23 Test & Tune date.
